Hip and knee pain can limit our ability to walk, perform stairs, squat, kneel, navigate uneven terrain, and participate in fitness and sports. These injuries can occur as a result from a trauma, such as a sports injury, or they can occur without known cause slowly over time. Regardless of the cause, we can help you reduce pain, improve strength and mobility around the hip or knee joint, and improve your ability to participate in the activities you enjoy. We combine manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education to help you reach your physical goals.
